Service Description:	Provides a wide range of prevention services and programs that address addictions, family violence and mental health Services offered include but are not limited to: Intervention in individual and family crisis to resolve issue; working with other service providers to identify care plans Provides assistance in child protection matters when required Offers individual counselling for mental health issues, family matters, parenting and other areas of struggle Provides educational programs at community schools on topics such as bullying, peer pressure, conflict resolution and self-esteem Conducts home visits to elders, shut-ins and as client follow-up Facilitates a group for seniors (50+ Group) to interact, work on crafts, participate in an exercise and socialize
