Service Description: 12- bed inpatient unit provides specialized (multisensory) assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and support services

Outreach and Consultation Team - Provides consultation, assessment and treatment support in multiple settings * settings include onsite ambulatory clinics, community settings, family and group homes, and telephone support
Fees: Covered by OHIP

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults 18-64 years, with both a developmental disability and diagnosed mental illness or symptoms consistent with mental illness
