
The National Institute on Aging in the US has produced an infographic that you can print or share via social media. It gives three tips on how seniors can communicate effectively with their doctors.
“You only have 18 seconds,” the infographic advises. “That's the average time a doctor waits before interrupting a patient.”
With that in mind, it gives a three-point checklist to help seniors prepare for their next medical visit.
