So says an article in Canadian Virtual Hospice. Many of the insights it provides apply even if the person you’re looking after doesn’t have a life-limiting illness.

thanks for sharing this important article. I did some interviews with caregivers providing palliative care and this quote has really stayed with me : " Dementia does not sleep and neither did I " . This was true for me as well after my mom suffered an injury and we had delirium and dementia together. I tracked for a few nights and she had me up about 10 times a night - exhausting
