Service Description: Support for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers

Caregiver Support Groups - Support groups for those with a family member or loved one with dementia * offered once a month * includes casual gatherings, guest speakers and educational sessions

Individual Supportive Counselling - One-on-one counselling at home or in the office

Learning Centre - Offers educational resources such as books, videos, pamphlets and information sheets

Education - Provides knowledge and skills to people caring for individuals with dementia * facilitates public information sessions * training sessions and workshops for caregivers and professionals
