Service Description: |
Food Bank is available to low-income individuals, families and seniors in South Frontenac and rural Kingston (north of Hwy. 401). Registration can be done over the phone. Upon registration, clients may use the Food Bank once a month. Hampers include 7 days’ worth of perishable and non-perishable food items, amounts based on the number of people in the household.
