Service Description:	Supports for people with an intellectual disability and their families provided in partnership with the community facilitates opportunities for all people to live, work and learn together supported living with 24 hour individualized supports life skills support groups adult respite youth in transition services for individuals 14 to 25 years of age The Hub - social activities and education

Fees:	Most services are free but there are some exceptions for life skills classes ( youth ) and recreational activities.
