Service Description:	Employment assistance Community Placement Program - participants contribute service to their communities while making efforts to find paid employment * placements are any unpaid community service activity under the direction of community, public, nonprofit, or self-initiated participant placement Employment Assistance - assist clients to find employment through referrals, education and training and/or job placement * referrals are made to employment resource centres Employment Placements - links participants to employers and to paid employment * employers to locate potential employees * professional matching and screening to provide clients with the appropriate referrals
