Service Description: Program is designed to assist children from birth to age 5 who have an established, biological or psychosocial risk of developmental delay
  • child and parents are visited in the home by an Infant Development Worker to assess the child's development and to set learning goals for the child
  • during regular home visits, activities are suggested to help the child develop physically, mentally, socially and in self-help skills

Application: Apply by phone or appointment, referrals required, self or consent obtained prior to referral
