Service Description:	Hot and frozen meals delivered to the client's home ensures nutritional needs are being met regular social contact and monitor for potential crisis situations special diets available to accommodate client's dietary needs (eg diabetic or low-sodium diet, etc) congregate dining

Fees:	Set Fee * subsidies available for those who qualify
