Service Description: A broad range of virtual programs for older adults 55+ via telephone (SCWW) and the on-line Zoom platform

List of Programs:

Fun Fitness: Monday 930am-10:30pm - designed with a gentler approach to fun Cardio movements...and creative Stretching/Conditioning throughout to popular music of the past

Strength and Tone: Tuesday 11:30am-12:30pm - increases energy, improves posture, and help protect from injuries

Spanish Seniors Social: Tuesday 2pm-3pm - a fun and interactive social program focused on the celebration of Spanish culture and heritage

Chair Yoga: Wednesday 10:15am-11:15am - for persons with reduced mobility/disability. The benefits of Chair Yoga include; increased flexibility, improved circulation, strength, sleep, stress, and pain management

Chair Dance: "International Rhythms - Women's Fitness: Wednesday 12noon-1pm - a gentle cardiovascular and core stability chair dance fitness class that combines moves and rhythms from a range of Caribbean, Latin, Reggae and Indian (Bollywood) disciplines

Rakuten Kobo e-Book Club: 3rd Wednesday of the month 1pm-2pm - makes reading and digital literacy available to everyone - a traditional book club, only digital. Training and *Kobo devices are provided - * subject to availability

Chair Aerobics: Thursday 9:30am-10:30am - a lively aerobic seated chair class to get the heart rate pumping followed by "Tribal" beat weight training and ending with a cool down stretch

Digital Literacy Club: Thursday 1pm-2pm - weekly drop-in sessions - participants get help in mastering basics of personal devices, ask questions and get opinions, and feel safe knowing a trustworthy group supports the technology journey

Seniors Adapted Movement Program (SAMP): Friday 10am-10:30am - a movement program for participants with varying degrees of mobility

Coffee Chat: Friday 11am-12noon - join for an informal social time, interesting conversation, guest speakers and fun
