Service Description: Agency offers over 40 virtual-programs and services such as

  • individual and group support
  • caregiver support
  • bereavement support group
  • exercise and restorative care
  • coping skills
  • expressive arts and practical guidance in areas such as nutrition, financial management and workplace issues

All programming is evidence-based, led by experienced professionals and developed and piloted through the Wellspring Centre of Innovation

Some programming includes:

  • Coping Skills: Meditation (Body Mind), Qi Gong, Relaxation and Visualization, Yoga for Cancer Recovery, Yoga for Symptom Management and The Healing Journey
  • Expressive Arts: Drumming, Art Therapy and Writing for the Health of it
  • Financial and Workplace Programs: Money Matters, Returning to Work and Back at Work
  • Nutrition: Nourish Educational Series to name a few: Healthy Eating After and During Treatment, Healthy Herbs and Spices, Nutrition and the Caregiver, Super Healthy Foods) and Nourish Cooking Series
  • Health Restoring: Cancer Exercise and Brain Fog

Some programs are drop-in and some programs require registration
