Service Description:	Designated supportive housing building with 133, one and two-bedroom apartments with 24-hour on-site personal care and support services to assist frail seniors and adults with physical and multiple disabilities * units are wheelchair accessible and many are available for rent-geared-to income subsidies * support services such as personal care, bathing, housekeeping and medical escorting are offered
