Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for Alzheimer's Disease, dementia, acquired brain injury, the frail elderly, cognitively impaired and adults with disabilities in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care * hot meal and snacks provided

$21 per day Fee Reduction: Notice of Assessment from Revenue Canada is required by the Adult Day Program Coordinator to determine approval for subsidy |
