Service Description: Supports for Durham region adults who have needs related to aging, physical or mental health and their caregivers * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services

Adult Day Program Adult day program * safe and comfortable setting for clients to enjoy a wide array of social and recreational programs and at the same time provides a break for caregivers * available to all Durham residents
 
COPE Mental Health A community mental health service offering support to adults aged 16 and older, with emotional and/or mental health concerns. 
 
Foot Care Clinic Foot care services provided by registered foot care nurses * foot care is available to clients who attend the Ajax-Pickering Adult Day Program
 
Luncheon Out An opportunity once a month to share a hot meal, entertainment and health promotion/wellness demonstrations * meals include an entrée, beverage and dessert
 
Meals on Wheels Nutritionally balanced hot or frozen meals are delivered by volunteers to clients in their homes
 
Transportation Drives provided for clients to medical appointments, shopping, attendance at adult day programs and more
