Service Description:	Assists patients living with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) to better manage their disease process Conducts spirometry assessments to determine lung function Provides education and support to help set goals for individual's care Partners with Atikokan General Hospital to provide exercises for COPD patient Offers smoking cessation counselling if needed Provides referrals to other programs and services
