Service Description:	Access: One-on-One Case Management Support: connect to services that support client's physical, emotional, and social well-being work with staff who understand client's cultural background Short-Term Counselling: speak with a Case Manager who provides support through a culturally responsive lens Wellness Workshops: join group sessions focused on stress, self-care, emotional health, and more Service Navigation: information and referrals to social services, income support, housing support, and access to care
