Service Description: In-Home Respite - supporting caregivers by providing short-term relief. A personal support worker will stay with the person living with Dementia in the home to provide supervision and meaningful activities. This support is provided days, evenings, and weekends. This service can be set up on occasion or with a regular weekly or bi-weekly visit.

Day Program - Short-term relief to caregivers. The day program space is located on-site at the Society. Offering a variety of programming that is meaningful to the person living with Dementia and allows socialization with others.
Fees: $17 per hour for respite * subsidies available
Day Program: $20 per day * subsidies available
