Service Description: Independent retirement community * 88 suites * Independent living * Aging in Place Assisted Living Services to help community members remain independent * Respite and trial stays * Offers a wide range of services designed to meet the needs of the majority of older adults

Services can be customized to individual needs * spacious suites range in size from studio to two-bedroom, and all suites include large walk-in closets, full-size fridge, microwave, and walk-in showers with bench and grab-bars * common area space available for group meetings with option for catered services 

Monthly fees include:
  • anytime dining including three daily meals and snacks
  • 24-hour emergency response call button system
  • Rogers Ignite cable
  • heat and hydro
  • parking with a complimentary valet parking service
  • visiting primary care provider
  • laundry rooms located on each floor
  • scheduled shuttle transportation to local attractions and shopping
  • indoor heated saltwater pool
  • stretch and strength equipment and V!VA programs

  • fully licensed pub with pool table and darts
  • victory garden with raised planters for easy gardening
