Service Description:	Integrated community mental health support services for individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with complex needs Services include: outreach (outreach, court, hospital) case management housing concurrent disorders treatment program health promotion Training and community development to respond to the needs of individuals with serious mental illness, education, training and distribution of materials Workshops: SafeTALK ASIST Integrated Treatment for Concurrent Disorders Mental Health Works (for employers and employees in the workplace) Living Life to the Full Motivational Interviewing
