Service Description:	Long-term care home * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals * secure unit for residents who wander and required a structure environment bedding and furniture laundry and housekeeping meals and snacks dietician services personal hygiene supplies medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies) assistance with medication and activities of daily living recreation and social programs therapeutic services (PT, OT) palliative and end of life care social worker
