Service Description: Health centre focused on family and community health * Health professionals assess and treat non-life-threatening injuries or illnesses Referrals to other local health services and personal development groups available on and off reserves

Community-led health teams develop programs to improve the social supports and conditions that affect long-term health * culturally appropriate programs and services, combining traditional healing and Western medical practices * information about living with diabetes

Healthy Babies Healthy Children: supports for pregnant women and families with young children * home visits by nurses and other home visitors help expectant and new parents with having a healthy pregnancy and birth, breastfeeding, nutrition, child development, and being a parent

Maternal Child Health: supports for pregnant women and families with infants * counselling to discuss breastfeeding, nutrition, safety, child development, and parenting

Mental Health Counselling
: one-on-one, couple, and family counselling * mental health screening and assessments * short-term and long-term counselling * confidential

Traditional Healing: healing methods to restore balance and connectedness * holistic approach to individual, family, and community health * one-on-one sessions, ceremonies, and knowledge sharing
