Service Description: Program assists families that are responsible for a family member diagnosed with an intellectual disability * connects families to respite options in Simcoe County 

Options available:

Residential Respite- Overnight respite for short periods of time * operates out of fully accessible homes

Supportyourway.ca- Free service to connect to respite providers * providers are registered Community Helpers for Active Participation (CHAP). 

Family Relief Funding- Reimbursement services for approved respite options 
Fees: Set Fee * CHAP - negotiated with the family * Residential Respite - contact Respite Coordinator to discuss details
