Service Description:	Non-medical home care for older adults needing additional assistance to remain independent in their own home, retirement or nursing home Companionship/Home Help Services can include: friendly visiting, conversation and companionship shopping/errands (groceries and other essential needs) light housekeeping meal preparation and planning routine laundry for client escort to and from appointments, e.g. Doctor, Foot Care, Clinics etc. caregiver relief/ respite care Personal Care Services can include: assistance with dressing, shower, bath, grooming, toileting, mouth care medication reminders care management assisting with behaviour and behaviour disorders implementation of a restorative care program/routine for those recovering from surgery, stroke Staff comprised of Certified Personal Support Workers (PSWs), and staff with Restorative Care and Gerontology/Activation Certification
