Support groups - Monthly sessions for caregivers * peer support groups for those living with dementia Coffee Social Program - Opportunity to reconnect in person for a coffee, chat, games and trivia Minds in Motion - Physical activity and brain stimulation program for those with early to mid-stage dementia and their care partners Services and Programs: |
