Service Description:

supports for older adults, and adults with physical disabilities and mental health concerns
helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible
provides care and support to people who are unable to care for themselves: dementia care, home care, respite, social support, fall prevention, hospice, end of life care and bereavement support
programs to support both the physical and mental wellbeing of people by reducing social isolation and providing care: adult day programs, support groups, nursing care, and friendly visiting programs

Community Support Services Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible

Patty's Place - Dementia Care Centre Supports for people living with dementia: Adult day programs, overnight respite, caregiver support and education

Technology Accessibility Program and Tech Café The program helps seniors to stay connected with friends and family by using technology * participants will receive individual training in their own home, once a week for three months * training is provided by volunteers * tablets are available on loan and access to the internet can be provided, if required * TAP volunteer opportunities available, apply online
