Service Description:	Provides 30 transitional housing beds for individuals living with mental illness and/or addictions and who struggle with homelessness Provides a safe, supportive environment with 24/7 support Offers support to individuals to set short and long term goals to support transition to independent living in the community Offers skill building groups that include literacy, cultural teachings, recreational therapy, and cooking groups

Fees:	None - on-site support staff; rent - rent geared to income and food costs

Application:	Referral from a community worker Individuals will go through an assessment and screening process to determine if they're suitable for the Lodge

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Individuals 18 years of age and older who are continuing treatment and rehabilitation for mental health and problematic substance use that poses a barrier to maintaining safe, stable housing and Are currently homeless (including transitional or inadequate housing and not paying rent) or Are currently on the Rent-Geared-To-Income waitlist and qualify for high needs housing Have current involvement with a community support or case management provider and Must have some form of income support (ie OW, ODSP, pension)
