| Service Description: | Provides intensive outpatient treatment for approximately three hours per day, Monday to Friday. The program is based on cognitive behavioural therapy and includes nutrition counselling and other services, as needed. The program is offered virtually for a maximum of 12 weeks. | ||
| Application: | Access to the Eating Disorder Program is via physician referral. Please fax the completed Centre for Mental Health referral form. | ||
