Service Description:	Provides support services to improve the health and wellbeing of urban Indigenous elderly women and families and those with chronic illness or disabilities Focus is on assisting individuals to achieve a good quality of life, reflective of needs and culture Services include: Access to traditional supports and ceremony Assistance with maintaining the housefold Housing supports Individual community cultural care Respite care Transportation for appointments and cultural events
