Service Description: Provides PSW and companion home care services and RPN services * free assessment

Services include:
  • companionship (socializing and emotional support)
  • Alzheimer's and dementia care
  • personal care
  • meal planning and preparation
  • assistance with medication
  • grocery and errands
  • light housekeeping
  • live-in care
  • attendant care (palliative support can be offered when appropriate)
  • home care services including catheter care, ostomy or ileostomy care, ventilator and tracheotomy assistance
  • respite care
  • transportation or accompaniment to medical, dental, and other appointments
  • services available in homes, hospitals, retirement homes and long term care facilities
