Service Description:	Provides assessment for hips and knees, arthroplasty (joint replacement) and scopes, surgery, pre-operative and post-operative care from a surgeon and an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist Team, including the following Orthopedic Surgeons: Dr Claude Cullinan Dr Travis Marion Dr David Puskas

Application:	Rapid Access Clinic referral to central intake; Physio and Occupation Therapy sends progress note as appropriate
