Service Description:	Provides services by Rheumatologist Dr Michael Aubrey (Newmarket) Offers in-clinic specialist treatment, with Occupational Therapist (OT) and Physical Therapist (PT) who pre-assess and provide client with exercises Monthly follow-up via telemedicine with OT and PT present with client
