Service Description:	Community-Based Exercise Programs Partnering with the Canada Games Complex, supports 3 community-based exercise programs, including Keep Moving with Mixed Neurology, Keep Moving with Parkinson's and Keep Moving with Stroke Keep Moving with Mixed Neurology Provides a one-hour class, twice a week for individuals living with chronic stroke Reviewed by a Physiotherapist, a trained exercise instructor is provided to deliver the class and focuses on the following: Aerobic conditioning Functional strengthening Mobility and balance exercises
