Treatment plans to support people in recovering strength, mobility, and maximizing independence to improve health and well being

general complex continuing care
acute care of the elderly (A.C.E) unit
short term inpatient rehabilitation
palliative care
long term ventilation
memory care unit

Palliative Care Unit Symptom and pain management * focus on the patients' emotional, psychosocial and spiritual health needs * inter-professional team includes physicians, respirologists, nurse practitioners, nurses, personal care workers, respiratory therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, psychiatrist, inter-faith chaplains, bioethicist and volunteers

Short-Term Inpatient Rehabilitation Program Inpatient program that helps rehabilitation patients return to their usual activities as much as possible * focuses on health promotion through interventions targeting recovery and prevention of disabilities and impairments
