Provides residential hospice care for individuals approaching end of life * supports residents and their families with physical emotional and psychosocial care
Nursing staff physicians and trained volunteers provide 24 hour support * private rooms offer space for loved ones to stay overnight * residents and families may access all common areas including a children’s room Offers volunteer support in the community including visits short respite and complementary therapies Provides grief and bereavement support for adults children and youth in the community and at the hospice |
