Service Description:	Home health care services including: Assistance with dressing Companionship Errands Home safety assessments Laundry Light housekeeping (includes dusting, vacuuming, taking out garbage) Meal preparation / Menu planning Medication reminders and assistance Personal hygiene and bathing Symptom change reporting (observe and report on change in condition/pain/distress) Transportation services and escort on outings nursing services Note: all staff are provided with PPE and trained on appropriate usage. All staff have access to 24/7 nursing support through our Clinical team.
