Outpatient prosthetic rehabilitation program to help people with limb amputations reintegrate into the community * services include pre- and post-prosthetic education, support, and training * services provided by a physiatrist, physiotherapist, occupational therapy/physiotherapy assistant, and prosthetist Progression level of rehabilitative care for patients working to restore or maximize functionality |
