Supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers First Link/Counselling - Networking for people affected by Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia, to a community of learning, services and support * one-on-one counselling * caregiver support groups * referral to community resources, by phone, drop in, or home visit Education - Programs for persons living with cognitive change and care partners to learn about dementia and strategies to support living well Social Recreation - Programs that support mental stimulation, physical activity and socialization to support healthy brain Finding your Way - A safety campaign and initiative that helps people living with cognitive change and their families to stay safe in the community Frontline Staff Education - Specialized training opportunities for frontline service providers Services and Programs: |
