Service Description:

6-month to 1-year exercise and education program for people with cardiovascular and pulmonary disease, and people with high risk factors such as high blood pressure, diabetes and elevated cholesterol

group exercise classes twice weekly
dietician - individual and group sessions
social worker - individual counselling and group sessions
education workshops ie. cooking classes, stress management

Fees:

Client Pays: Intake fee $25 * exercise class fee $7.50 per class
