Service Description: Services for young people experiencing early symptoms of psychosis based on provincial standards. SHIP’s EPI program provides early intervention supports to individuals and their families at the first signs and symptoms of mental health concerns

Support includes:
  • Community-based intensive support that empowers individuals in identifying short and long-term goals
  • Community Mental Health Counsellors provide education on mental health and substance issues as well as linkages and resources for individuals and families
SHIP utilizes one transitional housing unit to complement services, teach independent living skills and to foster independence

Application: Referrals are processed through SHIPs Central Intake
