Service Description:	Provides provisional housing to individuals who have faced prolonged homelessness and chronic alcohol addiction Works through the provision of moderate amounts of physician prescribed alcohol to participants in residence as a way to address their addiction while helping them to relearn basic skills to reconnect with the community Strives to improve participants quality of life and overall health Services offered include: Assistance with health cards and obtaining social services benefits Mental health and addictions counselling Nutritional support from a dietitian Participation in community activities and opportunities Physician care, on-site Skills training
