Service Description:	This program provides intensive treatment, rehabilitation and support to individuals living with a severe and persistent mental illness. Services include working with the Forensic Outreach Program to serve those individuals bound by an order of the Ontario Review Board.

Application:	Referrals accepted from: Schedule 1 physicians, community organizations and self-referrals.
