Service Description: Services include:

Assertive Community Treatment and Community High Intensity Treatment - recovery-oriented treatment * rehabilitation and support services for those who experience a serious mental illness

Case Management -recovery-oriented treatment rehabilitation and support for those who experience symptoms of a serious mental illness and who are living in the community

Community Connections - individualized rehabilitation program

Dual Diagnosis Consultation Outreach Team - supports individuals who are 16 years old and older, and who have a dual diagnosis: an intellectual disability or autism or pervasive developmental disorder

Forensic Mental Health - outreach specialized services to clients who have come into contact with the law and who reside in the community

Personality Disorders Service - care for non-psychotic adults who have a diagnosis of a personality disorder
 
Mood Disorders Research and Treatment Service Regional outreach for specialty mental health supports for adults * intake assessment * supportive counselling * occupational therapy and social work support * with a goal  of transitioning the stable patient's care back to the family physician
