Service Description: | Palliative trained nursing does system navigation, client advocacy and support, provides palliative trained volunteers for respite and companionship. They can also assist by running errands, preparing small meals, assisting with personal care so that the caregiver is confident and comfortable when they are away from their loved one | ||
