Service Description:	Northern Lights Lodge provides tertiary mental health services to individuals within the North East region who are experiencing serious mental illness requiring a longer and more intensive approach to assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation than is provided by district level inpatient services. The inpatient unit offers in-depth interprofessional psychiatric assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation. Following discharge, consultative services and time-limited follow up are provided by the Community Outreach Service of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Recovery Program.

Application:	All referrals are processed through Central Referral and must come from a health care provider. Complete the Regional Mental Health Referral Form.
