Service Description:	Provides supports and training for urban Aboriginal people seeking further training and/or employment Collaborates with employers to build employment and training opportunities Provides individual employment counselling Conducts client employability assessments Offers access to job board with current local job postings Provides workshops and referrals to training programs Posts job opportunities/ads on Facebook page Provides assistance with: Writing resumes and cover letters Completing job applications Conducting job searches Improving interview skills Designing and implementing an employment action plan Matching job seekers with employers Provides information about: Local, provincial and national job markets Small business and proposal development Training opportunities
