Service Description:	Dementia Resources Consulting Services: Trained professionals (First Link and Outreach Dementia Resource Consultants,  Behavioural Supports counsellors) are available to respond to inquiries from family members or the general public * Outreach Dementia Resource Consultants are specially trained in dealing with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias but are not therapists Support and advice can be provided: one-to-one dementia specific education sessions, which can be in the office, at home or over the telephone e-mail correspondence resource information referral to community services Support groups support people who want to inform themselves with current information that will help improve quality of life with the disease offer a variety of support groups to help the person wherever they may be in the journey (support groups for the person with dementia * care partner support groups * bereavement support groups) services provided at multiple locations throughout Peel
