Service Description: 22 adults who are developmentally challenged live in their own apartments with the assistance and support of staff

The Community Support workers assist individuals to:

  • maintain or develop their activities of daily living
  • banking, budgeting, cooking
  • apartment maintenance
  • other activities of daily living


The Community Support Workers provide:
  • support to access resources of employment
  • access to day programs
  • connection to community based social and recreational activities


Mary Centre maintains 8 apartments at Our Lady of Victory in Toronto, 5 at St Mary's in Brampton and 3 at St Peter's in Woodbridge

All referrals for residential programs must be made through DSO (Developmental Services Ontario)
