Service Description: 121 suites (single suites, one bedroom, one bedroom with den, and two bedrooms suites) retirement residence * resident capacity of 150 * provides short stay (i.e. temporary, vacation, convalescent, respite care) when space permits * offering free exercise classes, falls prevention and osteoporosis programs for seniors, older adults with disabilities and those that suffer from chronic illness * Aquafit program available in the heated saltwater indoor pool

  • meals (can accommodate most therapeutic diets)
  • housekeeping
  • linens, bed changes

  • social, recreation programs
Care types include:
  • independent living (on-site care services can be purchased for people who need a little help)
  • assisted living (nursing care, medication administration, bathing assistance, weekly personal laundry)
  • respite care (daily rates available)

Additional for fee services include hair care, foot care, indoor parking, transportation, spa services, etc.
