Service Description: Rehabilitation services including assessment, consultation and intervention

Team includes:

Inpatient care and care at designated outpatient clinics
 
Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation services, including inpatient assessment, consultation, and intervention for children and youth with acquired brain injuries
 
Cardiorespiratory Cardiorespiratory rehabilitation services, including inpatient assessment, consultation, and intervention for children and youth
 
Feeding and Swallowing Rehabilitation, including assessment, consultation, and intervention for inpatient children and youth with feeding and swallowing issues
 
High Risk Infants Rehabilitation services, including inpatient assessment, consultation, and intervention for infants determined to be at high risk
 
Neurology Rehabilitation services, including inpatient assessment, consultation and intervention for children with neurological conditions
